Craig Sturgill

Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Craig Sturgill has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1986.  He is a state certified general appraiser in South Carolina and North Carolina .  He graduated with honors having attended Lorain Community College and Kent State University and is currently pursuing a Masters in finance from Liberty University.

Mr. Sturgill has experience in a wide variety of property types including apartment projects, condominium developments, office buildings, medical facilities, neighborhood, community, and regional shopping centers, sit-down and fast food restaurants, light and heavy industrial properties, office/warehouse buildings, residential subdivisions, as well as special purpose properties such as golf courses, churches, bowling alleys, sports complexes, timeshare resort developments, amusements, and storage facilities.

He has also testified as a paid expert witness in various municipalities in common pleas courts, domestic relations courts, board of revisions, and tax appeals in matters relating to the valuation of real property.

In addition, Mr. Sturgill has extensive collateral experience having personally owned, managed, and developed various investment properties including multi-family, mini-storage, office, storage condominiums, and commercial multi-tenant facilities.  He has also developed residential properties including seven major subdivisions totaling more than 600 acres.

Mr. Sturgill is married with five children and resides in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.  He is active in the community and his church having served as trustee or board member in churches since 2001.  In his spare time he likes to travel, bike, kayak, scuba, and snow ski.
